The Bob And Weave
(TFA Intermediate Defense)
(TFA Intermediate Defense)
Video summary:
Sifu Marcus Lovemore demonstrates the Transformational Fighting Arts Intermediate defense - the bob and weave.Training Suggestions:
Remember, that regardless whether or not your partner is throwing a right hook or a left hook the beginning part of this technique, the bob, is exact the same for you. All you have to to do is react to every hook the same way, with an identical bob, then let the direction of your partner's hook determine the direction of your weave. Lastly never back up or flinch during your bob and weave or you'll just increase your chances of getting hit, and that definitely goes against the first rule of martial arts - Duck!Good training,
Sifu Marcus
