Video summary:
Sifu Marcus Lovemore demonstrates the Transformational Fighting Arts intermediate weapons technique - The Knife defense to Angle 1.
Training Suggestions:
As with most knife techniques, keep your motions compact and basically within the width of your shoulders. If you are practicing the motions without a partner, either do it in front of mirror or imagine your partner is in front of you. Regardless, make sure you are aiming at your partner's vital areas with every stroke. Remember to stay out of range of your partners left hand when you vector. Lastly, practice this from inside and outside range and multiple angles.Good training,
Sifu Marcus
